when we open/install Blender first time the main Point is the 3D cursor which is so important
Many magic options are associated with it

Shortcut for Snap is Shift + S

By Shift + C we will set Cursor or whole scene to center

There is also another method in Blender to set cursor at center by shift + C / cursor to center
